This is what we will make

You will need Toadies Blur'em filter and Mehdi sorting tiles filter

Lets get started

Choose your tube and open a new canvas 500x500 and color this layer white.

Copy and paste your tube to the canvas as a new layer.

Duplicate this layer. Cross out the copylayer and highlight the original layer.

God to Distortion Effects and choose Punch 50%

Now go to Effects - Texture Effects - Soft Plastic with these settings

Still on the same layer - go to Effects Toadies - Blur'em with these settings

Still on the same layer - go to Effects - Mehdi - sorting tiles with these settings

Now unhide and highlight the copy layer and add drop shadow with these settings

Add your text and copyright info on new layers. Save as jpg and you are done

This tag works best on white background
