Step 1

Open a new canvas 600x600

and draw a rounded rectangle like before

Not so big as before - convert to raster layer and click inside with your magic wand - Selections invert - add Inner Bevel. Keep those ants marching and Selections - Invert again. Go to Effects - Texture Effects - Old Paper with these settings

Selections -Select None

Duplicate twice and with your mover tool move the duplicated layers into position

I chose to turn the middle layer with the help of the deformation tool and then I went to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize and changed colour a bit.

Then just add your tube - artist copyright info and your name and you are done.
