Simple Frames Page 4

On this page we continue with the "frames"

Open a new canvas 600x600

Choose your preset tool - rectangle or square. Turn off your foreground colour and choose a colour for your background

Draw a rectangle

highlight the rectangle layer, right click and choose convert to raster layer

Go to Image - Picture Frames and choose Egde brush

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

With your magic wand click on the white around and on your keyboard hit delete

Select None

Go to Effects - Texture - Old Paper and leave the default settings, depth 1or 2

Add a new raster layer and repeat the steps above, but choose a different colour. One that goes nicely together with the first one.

Only when you go to Merge layers after you have added the Picture Frame to your second square, first hide the layer with the first square and then merge visible.

Duplicate one of your square layers and with your deformation tool turn one of the squares 90 degrees

Add your tube, name and artist copyright info and save your image
